Client Referral Partnership
This partnership is a client referral agreement only and does not obligate the second party to any minimum performance or number of referrals, nor does it create any employment, contractual, or legally binding partnership between the two parties.
At Fine Line Contracting Company, we strive to be leaders in the field of finishing and interior and exterior decorations, by adhering to the highest standards of quality and creativity in project execution.
What does Fine Line offer in this partnership?
The partner's role is limited to referring potential clients to Fine Line, and they are not entitled to:
· Represent the company in any official capacity.
· Provide price quotes or negotiate on behalf of the company.
· Enter into any agreement or commitment on behalf of the company.

· The commission is calculated only on the basic contract value.
· Additional work is not included.
Incentive Support for Referred Clients
Fine Line Company provides incentive support for referred clients according to its policy, which includes:
A discount of up to 4% of the contract value.
With a maximum of 3,000 SAR.
Partner Incentives
The company offers additional incentives based on the partner's performance during the contractual year, as follows:
· For referring 3 clients: an incentive bonus of 1,000 SAR.
· For referring 5 clients or more: an incentive bonus of 2,500 SAR.
Referrals are counted only after the contract is completed and the first payment is received from the client.
To register for the Success Partners Program
The commission is only earned when all of the following conditions are met:
· Signing an official contract between the client and Fine Line Company
· Receiving the first payment from the client
· The client must be new and not previously registered with the company
· Officially registering the referral through the system or the approved method by the company
· No prior documented communication between the company and the client before the referral
· The commission is disbursed within 7 to 14 business days from the date of receiving the first payment
· The transfer is made through the method agreed upon by both parties
The second party has no:
· Obligation to achieve sales
· Responsibility towards the client or project execution
· Time or operational commitment
· Either party has the right to terminate the agreement at any time without the need to provide reasons
· Termination does not entail any future obligations
· With the preservation of the partner's rights to commissions due for completed transactions before the termination date
· Only the priority of the official registration is relied upon
A price quote is requested for the client for the required service and the quote is delivered to the client.
Alternatively, the information can be provided: (client's name - contact number - location - required service) and the Fine Line team will reach out and provide the price quote, and if an agreement is reached, the commission will be paid to the partner.
